XR Studio
The complete studio envelope — structure, power, cooling, acoustics, workflow and training.
XR Studio
An XR studio is a room engineered so that the camera, the surface and the render engine behave as one instrument. CaesarTechs designs the whole envelope — structure, power, cooling, acoustics and workflow — not only the wall inside it.
©The room comes first
Ceiling height, column positions and floor loading decide the volume long before a panel is chosen. We survey the space, model the stage in 3D and confirm that camera, talent, lighting and crew all have somewhere to stand.
One timing domain
Cameras, processors, render nodes and playback share a single reference. Everything downstream of that decision — from cabling to rack layout — is planned around keeping the timing clean.
Built to be operated
A studio that needs three specialists to switch on will not stay booked. We deliver documented operating modes, preset environments and training so an in-house team can run the stage daily.

Build your XR studio.
Start from an empty stage and add the volume, cameras, tracking, processing and production systems. Everything you select appears in the digital twin as you build.
Wrapped geometry that keeps reflections and light spill believable off-axis.
Broadcast-style coverage with cut-safe frustum handling.
Adds zoom, focus and distortion data so the virtual lens matches the real one.
Produces a CaesarTechs design study covering stage concept, LED configuration, camera and tracking, rendering architecture, processing, synchronization, production systems and next steps.
Preliminary Concept — Subject to Final CaesarTechs Engineering Validation.
From empty studio to final frame.
We engineer the complete production environment — not only the wall inside it.
Production brief, content ambition and operating model.
Room, structure, power, cooling, access and acoustics.
Volume geometry, sightlines and working area modelled in 3D.
Pitch, structure, load, processing and colour pipeline.
Camera positions, tracking method and reference placement.
Node count, frustum strategy and content pipeline.
Reference distribution and end-to-end timing budget.
Fixtures, control and acoustic treatment around the volume.
Operator positions, monitoring and switching workflow.
Installation, cabling, structure and system build-up.
Colour, geometry, tracking and camera matching.
Shoot-day rehearsal against real cameras and real content.
Operators, engineers and creative team handover.

Engineer this into your stage.
Every XR design starts with a survey of the real room and the real production brief.

Virtual Production
Shooting decisions made in the room, with the environment lighting the subject as it is captured.
LED Volumes
Wall, curved volume, ceiling and floor surfaces specified from the camera outwards.
Camera Tracking
Camera and lens data streamed to the render engine so perspective belongs to the lens.
