All CaesarTechs goods sold in the Kingdom are protected under the Consumer Protection Law, which guarantees your right to a conforming product, transparent pricing, safety, and effective redress.
Our written warranty complies with the Ministry of Commerce (MoCI) Commercial Warranty rules: the coverage period, obligations, exclusions, and remedies are printed on every invoice and mirrored in this document.
A product that does not conform to specification or is defective within the first 14 days is eligible for full replacement or refund at your election, without charge (Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Law).
For defects during the warranty term we will (1) repair the product within a reasonable time, or (2) replace it with an equivalent unit, or (3) refund the price — as required by MoCI and at no cost to you, including transport within KSA.
All electrical and RF products meet SASO safety marks and, where applicable, hold CITC type approval. Compliance certificates are available on request for every SKU.
Cosmetic wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, power surges outside SEC nominal range, force majeure, and consumables (batteries, lamps, filters) are excluded. Exclusions never override statutory consumer rights.

No. The commercial warranty sits on top of the statutory legal warranty granted by the Saudi Consumer Protection Law. Where any clause conflicts with statute, statute prevails.
Yes. Coverage follows the equipment. Send written notice to warranty@caesartechs.com with the new owner's CR and we reissue the agreement.
Within 30 days of handover. After that we can still register the asset, but a technical audit is required before the extension activates.
Fine-pitch projects are covered module-by-module. Enterprise Assurance stages a redundant spare kit on your premises so a failed tile is swapped the same day.
It documents coverage, claim procedure and obligations. Any extension fee is quoted separately after the asset audit — downloading and signing creates no payment obligation.
